So your hunter which you clearly paid for wins against other players is a clear indication of your cheating and is completely against the TOS.

By partaking in a recovery you are now responsible for all actions that the person who recovered your account did. So if they had a restricted application or cheat running, or had any network manipulation during that time you are stll liable for it.
