DLC not showing up in cross save info
I am moving to pc so I bought all the dlc I had on Xbox in steam. But on my cross save page it still says “buy forsaken” and “buy shadowkeep” even though I already did on that linked steam account.

Out of curiosity, have you ever launched the game on Steam and reached the character selection screen? If you’re trying to save a purchased season pass for your intended main characters, then definitely get cross-save setup first. If you have not purchased the season pass, or already have it bound to the intended characters, then you’re safe. What I’m thinking, is that if you have no Destiny data established on your Steam account, then the system may not fully see what licenses you own on Steam. By reaching the character screen, you create data for the account, which your Bungie profile will then be able to recognize. I could be mistaken, and it may be another issue, but something similar had come up previously.

3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you are linking to the correct Steam account before you set up Cross Save, you can view current account links by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking. Check not only the username but the specific Steam ID as well.
