Memory of Cayde cloak does not drop for players that started with shadowkeep

As above title, I believe the cloak is not dropping for those that started playing after shadowkeep and never got it throught the campaign, Can anyone that STARTED PLAYING AFTER shadowkeep release confirm otherwise?

I can say I got the cause cloak after shadow keep as I started play after it came out

Hi there, Thanks for your report. Past campaign rewards were retired with the release of New Light on 10/1. You can now only earn the Memory of Cayde items via random world drops.
