Yep. Hand Cannons should have short ranges. They are short to mid range precision weapons with short barrels and deserve a range cap of 28 meters, which is still really generous

A week ago I would have laughed at this. Then I somehow got a mid-range erentil double from this range last night. Seems fair and balanced considering the sheer amount of perpetual arc titan melee/shotgun kids running around.
