Allow silver to be earned from season pass
Hear me out....games that use a season or battle pass offer premium currency as you level up that pass. For instance I bought the apex legends battle pass for this season. If I continue to level it up I can earn just enough premium currency to buy whatever skin I want or save it and use it towards next season.
So how about by level 100 in destiny 2 season pass, you can earn enough silver for at least one exotic ornament?

6 RepliesYou realize you get an exotic ornament for reaching level 100, right? In total, you get: 1. Exotic Ornament (700 silver) 2. Exotic Ship (800 silver) 3. Exotic Emote (1000 silver) 4. Legendary Finisher (800 silver) 5. Legendary Transmat Effect (200 silver) 6. Full set of Legendary Armor Ornaments (1500 silver) 7. 2 Legendary Weapon Ornaments (2x 400 silver) That's a 5800 silver value. That's also not including everything else you get from the season pass. Seriously, the community asked for ways to earn cosmetics without needing to directly purchase them from Eververse. Bungie delivered and the community is still complaining.

i mean why dont they do what other season passes do where if you save the silver they give you can buy the next seasons content.

1 ReplyI agree bright dust should come from the season pass, but not silver. Regardless, something definitely needs to change with how much loot is in eververse compared to the rest of the game.

2 RepliesAgreed. The only reason why I can put up with Fortnite's pass is because you can earn their premium currency in game and purchase their pass with it. If I could do that with Destiny i'd be much more tollerable with the fact that they're selling the pass, even more eververse stuff, and expansions.

'Let the players earn silver...good one...hahahahaha' I suspect Bungo are hearing you though, you know Bungo listening not actual listening, so in their eyes (well ears) what you're really saying is that the store items are too cheap, so I'm sure they will raise silver prices accordingly!

I have a better idea, get rid of silver and just use bright dust which can also be bought through micro-transactions if you really want to waste your money.

unless Bungie introduced some form of trading, i think silver should stay premium currency.
