Ain't the malfeasance quest got a 100% drop rate
Two times I have looked upon a giant meatball.
Two times I have slain it.
Two times I have been disappointed.
How on earth does this even happen? If it didn't drop just once I'd just be "meh whatever" but two times?

It used to be a guaranteed drop during Forsaken but the meatball barely spawned there. They increase the rate of the meatball boss in gambit but its now RNG to get it.

Yes, it is RNG just make sure you have at least 1 ( I always keep 2) slots free to collect it if it drops I would hate it to bug out for you.

It is a random drop after beating the meatball. It took me 6 times.
