Hi everyone,
I'm posting because I'm originally a PC player who wanted to go back and check out everything Destiny 1 had to offer. I got a PS4 Pro, and I went and got Destiny: The Collection, since it seemed to have everything in one package.
However, when I opened the game, I noticed that the codes seemed to be expired. Still, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try redeeming them on the PS Store anyway. Well, they didn't work. I went and googled around a bit, and some people claimed to have working codes despite the expiration, while others said they had to contact Bungie to get new codes issued to them.
Well, I searched around for a while and finally found what I think is the support page, although they deal mostly with stuff on the Bungie store. In the ticket, I included a pic of the codes and the game case and disc and all that. Hopefully they can help me out!
Any of you have any tips with dealing with this kinda situation? I'm pretty deep in the hole already lol
P.S - I posted in another forum, but realized this is the actual help section. If anyone can help from here, that would be great, as I don't see a customer service portal for the game directly. Just the general Bungie Store, and I'm really not sure if they'll respond there.

Hello. All of these physical copies of Destiny: The Collection have expired codes that will not work. Bungie does not issue this codes, so they cannot help in this situation. You will need to contact the retailer you purchased the game from, request a refund as they sold you a defective product, and purchase the DLCs via your console's store.
