Harbinger Seal - Dead Ghosts Secret Triumph
Hello. I've found all Dead Ghosts on the Moon including the Dungeon Ghost. The triumph/emblem will not unlock, so I am unable to complete this title. I was doing the Dungeon on release day when the entire game was having connectivity issues. I picked the ghost and was kicked right afterwards. I have all the lore/triumphs for the ghosts and it says I have everything complete, but no emblem. Is there anyway that I can fix this?

I found a fix for the above. If you find someone who hasn't picked up the Ghost's you're missing you join them while they're grabbing them. This unlocked my missing triumph for the Title
