  • How do I get refund this is RIDICULOUS and I'm done. I just want refund so I can spend my time on game that doesn't require such long down times. And doesn't keep old games online.

    • Our sixteen year old grandson (Fireteam Leader) came over this evening. We all logged into Steam and tried to play Destiny 2. It took a very long time to work our way through the Queue to get to the game. Finally, we all three made it. My wife and I joined our Grandson's Fireteam, which took quite awhile. He took us to the Moon where he took a quest or an adventure from the strange lady there. When, he tried to take us all to the location, all three of us got the "Network Disconnect Message". It took us almost an hour to login the first time. We aren't going to do that again today. I don't remember having this kind of problem when I was logging into Destiny 2 through the Battle.net servers. I haven't encountered problems like this while playing World of Warcraft for the past 14 years. I was considering purchasing three licenses to Shadowkeep but may hold off until it is much more stable. Bungie is not doing itself any favors having stuff like this happen on a weekend before a big Holliday. Later all and Good Luck. I think I will go play some BFA on much more stable servers.

      • Just downloaded destiny last night couldn’t ply because of the issues they were having. Now I’m getting a new problem error code chicken which apparently means you don’t have internet connection yet I test my network and it’s fine as well as all the other games I can play have connection.

        • We need some sort of compensation for the down time. We ALL lost time and XP. And it IS Bungie fault! We NEED COMPENSATION!

            • Yesterday was my birthday and never once got to get on destiny . Every time I got on I got they weasel error code saying I was banned or kicked. Then a short while after that it wouldn't even let me go on at all said destiny servers are at Capacity then a little while after that it said all servers are down. Hopefully you got everything together and I don't have to worry about this ever again. Worst birthday ever thanks guys And girls.

            • not only log in issues, kick of issues too, many of us have been banned from survival because of your servers problems, take your responsability bungie first take of those ban and give compensation that the list you should do !!

              • How are you going to compensate for all these problems (it is not just today) to the users that have paid for the services? All servers down and problems with the connections almost everyday (with your support lying to the users and telling them that the issue is their internet connection).

              • Bought forsaken dlc today, hoping i could play today. But sadly having been able to test it the whole day. At least we hope a compensation and that it doesn't take too much time.

                • Got hit by baboon, now game is telling me servers not available and saying I'm on nat type 3 when I'm actually on type 2. Ps4 and ffs.

                • Still experience connecting issue with error code baboon and weasel. Everything is fine before the weekly reset but after that kept diconnected from the server. I was very upset as i cant even join back the nightfall mission. The final boss is infront of me then the server kick me out cannot rejoin and this senario is repeated for three times in a roll. The message contacting destiny 2 server also pop up for 3 days already and still occuring right now.
