Throwing Knife will one-shot to the head AND refresh itself?

What could possibly go wrong, Bungie. EDIT: Further explanation below:
There are lots of comparisons to Handheld and Shoulder Charge, but people need to realize that those require Exotics to get the maximum efficiency out of them. This Throwing Knife change does not; Hunters have the full luxury of being free to choose whatever Exotic they desire still. It can be Stompies with High Jump, because Knives can be thrown mid-jump ability, or it can be Ophidia Spathe to get an additional charge which is something the other classes can't even do. Handheld's "recharge mechanic" is completely RNG too which is stupid enough. It should be a flat amount but that's a topic for another thread. On the topic of "skill requirement" yes, Throwing Knife does require more skill than the other two. The thing though is that Shoulder Charge is an actual melee and operates in the same range Shotguns do. Handheld Supernova has a maximum range of 15m so it's safer from this, but the charge time is long enough to where you must be "pre-holding" it to actually use it without getting gap closed and Shotgunned. (This is where Contraverse comes in since you can tank a Shotgun shot) There is also a noticeable fizzle noise when someone is charging it allowing for backpedaling. Now on the topic of Throwing Knives. They have a big hitbox. I'm not saying it's so big that landing crits is a cakewalk, but it's truly not that difficult to accomplish. The knife may well have a windup time similar to Handheld, but the ability to be able to backpedal with your jump ability WHILE THROWING is critical and cannot be overlooked. With no mention of harder drop, only increased velocity, it's safe to assume this knife will be much easier to consistently crit with in ranges well beyond Shotgun range (20m+). Any windup that people are concerned over can easily be fixed by starting your throw before going around a corner, like Handheld. Miss? No biggie if you have a second charge or run the dodge for melee energy. Hit the body? Assuming critical modifier is the same, 1.3x, the knife will do at least 154 to the the body. Equivalent to a Sniper Rifle body shot, giving very easy cleanup opportunities or situations where it may be advantageous to just body someone. (High Strength builds come to mind for a playstyle like this) If Handheld is considered a pocket Shotgun, this throwing knife is likely going to be the equivalent of a pocket Fusion Rifle.
