Missing season pass items from claim screen.
So on my seasonal screen for the Season Of The Undying pass, I have a whole bunch of missing and unclaimed rewards but only on the top tier. They are not even there to select, they are just gray squares. This is the case for both attained ranks and unattained ranks. I had been able to claim everything up until the 21 mark.
With just 19 days left in the season, I would like to find a solution and fix this so I can claim everything I've been grinding for. Is anyone else having this issue or can help me out???

There is a sample of how it should look on this page about half way down or so https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/SeasonOfTheUndying. If yours does not match this you might want to post a video clip showing yours (youtube or twitter links are best) in the #help section for assistance.
