1 ReplyIt drops from an encounter in the dungeon as well as the top Tier nightmare hunts . Use the consumable that you get from 3 eyed moon lady and run the dungeon. It’s a pretty awesome pulse .

2 RepliesFrom what I’ve seen you can’t actually get the essence but you can get the weapon as a drop from the dungeon or maybe from the weekly lecture drop.
