Misleading *Universal* Ornaments. Possible refund?

Hey. I can't seem to find a way to contact Bungie for customer support. I purchased a new seasonal set of armor ornaments to cover up my skittles vomit covered guardian. Although after I purchased said set, I realized you cannot equip a UNIVERSAL ornament on exotic armor. I understand why they do this. It's to prevent crucible advantages by hiding your armor. However, I was not told or warned at any point throughout the purchasing process that this UNIVERSAL armor set is not universal. Is there anyway I can contact Bungie to seek possible recompense?
