As the title reads, I spent over 1,000 bright dust on Strike Tokens (that give you and your team an eververse gift once the strike has been completed. Joined a strike, used the Token, played for about 3 minutes, kicked to orbit, no eververse gift. I've seen bungies list of thing they refuse to refund, and it's all stuff that's accidental, or gamesharing, or deletions, etc. This is none of those. Does anyone know if there is a support team that WILL fix this? I got those bright gems by spending REAL money, and it was a fault in the Game that caused me to lose my gift, no fault of mine what so ever (I do have video evidence on my Xbox, if I need to upload it here I'll do that)
