So I might have done this undying mind thing a bit different...same content but to me less boring and underwhelming. Lets try it. You get to the tower and run to Ikora excited to see the portal, you talk to Ikora and she says lets see if this thing works... it turns on and lights up like a normal portal. You launch the activity from it... you do the normal vex offensive and get to the boss and its the same boss we've been fighting...Ghost is making comments to Ikora about maybe it didn't work etc.. you beat the boss and when the chest normally spawns the portal kicks up again and the Vex mind comes through... insert dialogue of some sort and we fight it and beat it with the whole... thanks to your first effort Guardian we can keep sending teams in to clear this up. The way they did it made me feel like we weren't the "god killer" anymore... it sounded like Ikora and Zavala could clear out the mind a dozen times solo and we are just in there to do some menial grunt work now they proved it could be done... meh. Boring. what do you guys think?? any other cool ideas?
