Jack-o'-Lantern mask is now useless
So for the festival of the lost 2019 I purchased the Jack-o'-Lantern mask in the Eververse store. Now that the event is over, the base helmet has reset to 0-- which means I can't wear the mask that I paid real money for. I would have never purchased the mask if I had realized it would be useless after the event. I would like a refund for the mask. Or, which I would really rather like, the ability to use it as a skin over my other helmets. If that isn't possible, please refund my account the silver I spent on this mask. Again, no where on anything I read indicated that mask was going to be useless after the event.

3 RepliesBungie does not issue refunds for in-game purchases or balances of Silver once the purchased bundle is opened. Inspecting the mask gives this warning about the power level: [quote]This item grants a benefit to Power only during Festival of the Lost.[/quote]
