This is a raid exotic. When the poem is active, it shreds. It is a pain to activate the pen, but the thing that acrually is irritating is that there's a second perk. At least, the gun says there's a second. It says you will extend the duration of the main perk when you deal or recieve damage. I have tested this many times and have come to the conclusion that it is an outright lie. That is why I dislike the gun. It literally lies to you. If said perk was true, it would be a much more viable weapon to use even with its laundry list of fails. Since you're taking the recluse off the high horse, give it some real competition at the same time, bungie.
