Are Black Armour Bounties Glitched?

Just did 4 bounties and got nothing. No glimmer or anything. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, please tell me

Hello. This is an issue Bungie is currently looking into. Deleting excess Modulus Reports from your inventory may help resolve the issue.
