Lunar Gloom shader
I completed the triumph "Let Them Eat Rice Cakes" on my hunter on PS4 and did not receive this shader, although I didn't even know this shader came from this triumph until reading an article on Forbes. So maybe it's not from the triumph but a random drop from a moon triumph? I also have 2 items in my postmaster for my hunter that are continuously loading the items indicate they should be rare but maybe one is the shader?

Hey there! The Lunar Gloom Shader does not come from the Triumph. What you have to do is visit the room under the Sanctuary spawn where all Rabbit statues are on their platforms except one. Interact with it and you should get the shader. As for the items not loading in your Postmaster, Bungie is aware of this issue and it might be related to FotL. We'll see what happens when it ends.

The shader comes from exploring the moon. The items in your postmaster Bungie is aware of this and are investigating. My guess they will disappear after reset Tuesday I think they are related to the Festival of lost.
