I recently moved to PC from PS4. and I gotta agree, the amount of Asians I'm coming up against is staggering! It's 1 or 2 every game! I'm in the UK and I normally get Russians or the usual eastern Euros. But if the servers are picking people up from Asia can I at least go up against some of my American friends once in a while?

Same here. Most of my matches have plenty of laggy players. I often ask them where they are from, out of curiosity... I'm western euro matching brazilians, NA - California, Dubai, ... I feel like the matchmaking is longer and the experience is worse than in any other DLC.... Maybe the playerbase is really getting too small? :)

Bungie can solve this bs if they wanted too but they won't because they would be accused of discrimination by the less then 1% of the community that say they speak for the destiny community(Youtubers/streamers) which they don't. All Bungie has to do is implement the match-making system from Halo and do a accuracy/kill/death followed by a end game leader board place/win/loses. What I mean about the 'end game leader board place' is at the end of each match your ether between 1st or 6th(3rd) place of how well you did in the team of the match. This system should reset every month or season to start fresh. Also I don't give a rats a** if a player resets there rank in glory when hitting max, if at anytime in the history of destiny 2 you've reached legend in glory you should match up against players of equal glory resets meaning if you reset your glory 2X then you should be matched up against those players and 1 reset lower to yours for practical reason and if a person teams up with a player that's reset 5X and teams up with a player that has 1 reset or no-resets then they should get the full force of what PvP is all about at the 5X level. If you want to play crucible all the time that's cool no one is gonna stop ye but it needs to be balanced. Because right now there is a lot of resentment against blueberries or players with poor PvP skills because Bungie doesn't want to upset the less then 1% of the community that praise Bungie for make poor decisions. Playerbase has collapsed. Bungie’s putting pressure on third party api websites is becoming ridiculous. I mean we’re max 90k playing at peak of the day yet some show 2.5mln logs, as if there was 30h of peak of different players in one day, when we all know it’s the same people playing 4 to 8h a day. Anyone playing lately knows there are significantly fewer players than a few weeks ago. It’s simply obvious to any multicellular organism. Bungie is so lost in their BS that they don’t even smell poop anymore. Just look at twitch, now peak of the day, there’re less than 3000 different souls watching.
