To start shotguns are highly over used. next to recluse and mountain top. I think a good fix would be to make shotguns take more control. For example make shotguns a 2 shot-body kill and a one shot head shot kill similar to how the snipers work in this game. I think this would make more balance throughout the weapon usage.
