Yes and no. What you are describing here is two things: importing your Destiny 1 characters into Destiny 2; and setting up Cross Save for Destiny 2. Importing your Destiny 1 characters will keep their appearance, and enable veteran dialog in the game. Your gear, though, is not something that will come with you. Just so we are clear, Destiny 1 was not ported to PC, so you cannot play your Destiny 1 characters on Steam with their gear. Okay, with that out of the way, here's what you can do, but are not required to do: 1) Install Destiny 2 on your PS4 2) Log into Destiny 2 and go through the Import process when it loads up 3) Log into Bungie.net (here) and link both your PS4 and Steam accounts to the same profile 4) Set up [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave]Cross Save[/url] 5) Install Destiny 2 on Steam if you haven't already 6) Launch Destiny 2 on Steam If everything worked, you will see your imported characters when log in.
