People need to honestly stop thinking this game is just a looter shooter is or is Warframe/Borderlands. Its not. The balance is closer to an MMO and in MMOs generally you never hit the 'god' level of power unless you go into content that is unsynced (older content usually). You are never supposed to break the game, because its supposed to stay challenging to an extent. D2 does a terrible job at this, but its clearly Bungie's goal in design. Fun is subjective, some people feel fun by curb stomping things, some find fun from being challenged and pushed to their limits. Destiny does neither of these things and it needs to decide already. I want you to get on Twitch right now. The two top MMO games being streamed right now is WoW classic because phase 2 is active, and FFXIV because The Epic of Alexander Ultimate World's Race is active. I got news for you all, Destiny is towards kinda the bottom in viewers right now because both WoW and FFXIV are embracing a extremely challening end game that Bungie refuses to even make an attempt at.
