Izanagi still bugged
Izanagi quest is still bugged. I get max temper when doing the forges and I open the black armory box and I get nothing. The box opens and I don't get anything. I don't have anything in my inventory, or my quest logs. I try slotting something in the box itself but I can't since I don't have the key. I've done the forge multiple times and still receive nothing.

If you had mysterious box before shadowkeep - how many key were already inserted? In Quest tab - for Izanagi quest - what’s the name of that step?
