If I use a piece of Destiny's artwork's pose, does it interfere with copyright?

What are you using it for? Unless it's some mass market product I really wouldn't worry tbh even then it's probably fine

I don't think a pose counts, but if the artwork matches or has too many similarities, then I think they can get you, if you are using it for monetary purposes.
