HDR Only Flickering In Orbit/Menus
The issue is non-existent when actually controlling my character and moving about in the game world, but when in inventory/pursuits/quests/etc. or hanging out in orbit it shows back up. Already tried switching to a new DP cable but no luck there. Disabling HDR in-game removes the issue, but also removes HDR obviously which is kinda sad.
I ran Destiny 2 with HDR enabled since vanilla D2 released without any flickering at all. Around Shadowkeep/the Steam transfer I noticed the splash screen had this odd flickering with HDR on but I ignored it because it didn't appear anywhere else, and now its everywhere (menu-wise).
2700x / Vega 64 / 16GB RAM / Win10 x64 / Samsung C27HG70 Monitor
Latest gpu drivers, BIOS, Windows updates, etc.

To find this information: • Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag” without quotation marks. • Click on “Save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com) to paste the information.
