Can't access Black Forge because I lack the Basic Machine Gun Frame Quest
I've tried to unlock the Black Forge at the Tower, but it demands that I'm going through the Basic Machine Gun Frame mission, but I can't seem to find it. I don't have it amongst my quests, and Ada-1 won't provide it to me neither. Is this a bug of sorts? I really can't figure this out.
