Every single time I've played Destiny 2 since the migration to steam, the game has eventually crashed with a popup reading "problem reading game content" and telling me to validate my files on steam. I've done this twice, both times failing to fix the problem. I read online that deleting a file called steam_appid.txt was supposed to be some miracle cure for this, but I do not have the file. I've checked both the destiny 2 folder and the bin.
I'm well aware that my system specs aren't nearly good enough to run this game at its finest, but I was able to run it without any problems for months prior to the migration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2 RepliesEdited by Mefisto: 11/10/2019 10:05:23 PMNow i can call myself expert on this matter :D 1st got to Steam, right click on Destiny, go to properties 2. local files, delete everything EXCEPT "packages" 3.Verify game files. For some people worked, for some :D Also i will type what Bungie help will if they bother to read this: Hi there, Thanks for your report. We ar currently investigating this issue. And that's the only help i got for 3 months now :D Maybe one day i will be able to actually go to dreaming city and/or the Moon
