I am making tiramisu for my birth day nd the recipe calls for grand marnier (in addition to the dark rum) My parents provided me with gran gala. Should I skip the orange liqueur all together? Or should I go for it. I’ve never had tiramisu with either in it so I don’t know. I’m a little hesitant because my girl is coming over and I want to provide a good tiramisu for her. I also love tiramisu so if it is not palatable that would suck as well.

Don’t substitute in baking. Its chemistry

... This looks like it was written by an alcoholic...
not included in the DLC
Mix a little HONK with that HONK and then HONK you’ll get HONK.

You're probably past doing this already, but both brands seem to be based on the same general mix. Orange infused brandy. Hopefully it all turned out ok.

I have no idea, I have never even had tiramisu & I am not even sure what it is. Best of luck.

Dump as much alcohol in it as possible. Alcohol poisoning is for amateurs, go all in.

I use coffee liqueur not rum nor grand marnier

I'm not sure. It seems the essential ingredients for tiramisu are lady fingers, egg yolks, sugar, mascarpone cheese, cocoa, and coffee.

Just buy Dos Equis and keep it interesante...

I am far from an alcoholic but I would not skip the orange liqueur. Pretty sure that’s what gets the burnt part right.
