I stored my emblems but they're not in my emblem collection tab...

I got my "Resonant Chord" and "Darkest Days" during a Black Friday sale. A moment ago, I stored them like I did to many other emblems in my inventory. And just now I found that they're not in my emblem collection. This means I can no longer reacquire them, which also means that "press F to store" turns out to be "press F to delete". I wonder if there are any methods to get them back. These are not critical items to my gameplay but I still feel upset about them. I've been wearing the emblem for quite a long time and now they're gone for good because of an in-game bug(?). This is also a reminder to all players who want to store your event/code emblems. Just check the collection tab first.

  • Hi there. Thanks for your report. As Tuxy mentioned, it's probable that you lost your original Bungie account which is where emblems are stored. Is this your old account?: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/16719661/Alveenia I did find both of those emblems on this account. To access this Bungie account, it has to have a platform account attached to it (ex. a PC account). To do this, the platform you want to attach to the Bungie account cannot be linked to another Bungie account - if it is, you have to unlink it in your Bungie profile settings. Open an incognito window (important!) and click "Sign In" to create a new account, and use the platform account credentials that were originally linked to the Bungie account to log into the site. Once you do this, the Bungie account should appear with the option to "Recover" it. Click it to complete the account reclamation process. All that being said, this is an advanced procedure and there is limited support for it, so if you can't recover the account there is nothing more than can be done as we don't have the ability to force links between accounts. You can find more information about how to possibly recover this account in our Bungie.net Account Creation, Linking and Recovery article.

Your bungie.net profile is only 50days old, are you sure they were redeemed on this profile and not on one you orphaned? edit: like this one https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/16719661/Alveenia

    • I have a similar problem but is related to the new cross-save system and the migration from blizzard to steam. Most of my emblems are bound to my blizzard account with bungie and the emblems can not be pulled from the colletions. Its a problem simliar to the silver that is not crossplatform.

    • Hello. Did you check your emblem collection? It should be located under events. Make sure your using the current bungie account when playing Destiny 2.

    • Nothing can be done. Are you sure you have not bound F by accident to Delete? Help
