A Garden World Not Counting as Vex Boss
So the weekly vanguard quest from Zavala that awards bright dust says to kill 1 vex boss. The boss from the strike "a garden world" does not count towards the completion of that quest.

Ya, for some reason Cyclops do not count - didn't in D1 either. This is also a CoO strike, so I'm not sure if that has relevance either.

Same with Savathun, who should be a Hive boss, but it also doesn't count.

2 RepliesThanks for the report. It's a known issue. In the game's coding, certain bosses are not considered enemy types but instead are considered vehicles, and as such, don't count as bosses of a specific enemy type since they're not an 'enemy'. It's been around for a long while and to my knowledge, it's most likely a low-priority fix since there are alternatives. There are several other strikes that have a Vex Boss that you can do for that bounty.
