Missing Campaign Triumphs
Under vanguard>campaign are the different vendors you can talk to. It appears that even though I beat the campaign (again) the triumphs that relate to the planet vendors don't unlock.

I'm guessing nobody has encountered this? It would be nice to have the triumphs that I should have.
