Nerf recluse

Quit asking for nerfs. On first kill foggy notion will beat recluse every time. What makes recluse good is the kill chaining. But that doesn’t happen a lot for many people. Plus it can be situational. So run a foggy notion. Get gud. K?

The only thing that needs to happen to recluse is for the damage perk to NOT proc from other weapon kills. That's totally an exotic type perk that doesn't belong on a legendary. Let it proc from it's own kills only.
