I know this has been brought up before, but ALL sparrows should have the "less time to summon/speed demon" perk. I paid for the Jotunneer and it doesn't have speed demon. It's like a handicap! I don't even use the sparrow, because it's missing that perk. Or put the perk on all of the ghosts. It needs to be there. Super annoying to pay silver for a sparrow that is missing that perk, which is really the only perk many players care about on their ride.
