BUNGO HELPO

I need my two month ban lifted. I did nothing wrong. I didn’t play with a cheater. And my connection was fine. I have friends that can vouch for me. They said that I wasn’t lagging. And I’ve never gotten banned for 2 weeks and I’ve never gotten an in game notice.

    Your account was restricted from matchmaking against other players (e.g. Crucible) on Nov 4th after we detected a consistent pattern of extremely poor network connection that was negatively impacting other players. Specifically, your most recent connections had an average packet loss over 7.5% You were initially warned about your connection on July 3rd. Your first restriction was for 2 weeks starting on July 17th. In all 3 cases you were presented with in-game messaging indicating that your account was being actioned due to very poor network connection quality. I have confirmed that all 3 in-game messages were delivered and acknowledged by dismissing the message window. Your restriction has been reviewed and will be upheld.

    • Be glad it's only 2 months my guy, I've been banned for having poor bandwidth, internet, etc. for 500 years or 182499 days over internet speeds, Without warning, Amazing right?

        • And... again.... Run the latency test at testmy.net: https://testmy.net/latency Click the icon with the eye on it to run all the tests back to back. Watch what the line graphs are doing. If they are continually spiking really high and you keep getting high deviation numbers, then you may have a latency/jitter problem for your ISP to investigate. Each of the individual test graphs will note the address it tested, so you can look closer at that particular route (run traces and such)... sometimes a certain exchange point is a common denominator they can look at. There is another batch ping test you can run at dslreports.com for extra comparison as well: http://www.dslreports.com/tools/pingtest Yes, I know many of the test locations are a long way away and the core latency will be too high for the game... what you are testing for is the consistency of the latency. If there is too much jitter or packet loss, the game will boot you.           Edit - As we have now gone through a bit of troubleshooting, if BNGHelp or BNGSecurity see this post, is it possible a two week restriction was missed in this players' case? As you were told on your other post, they will not lift your restriction early. You need to take the time out and fix your connection. If you cannot or refuse to do so, your next step will be a permanent restriction from all matchmade activities. I would also recommend not making multiple posts on the same subject, especially when you already have your answer, as it will get you a ban from the forums.
