To the dead fireteam members I run past in strikes without reviving
My apologies, but that's prime time for machine gun kills! It's not personal, it's not that I don't WANT to revive you.
It's because Bungie gave us this stupid ass quest that requires 1,000 machine gun kills. And you being dead means I can shoot shit in the face for 30 seconds with a better chance of landing the final kill.
No hard feelings if you do it to me in return................ as long as you have heavy ammo and using a machine gun.

5 RepliesOP is one of those guys that you never want on your squad. The one that’s always dieing, always lost, & simply a paper weight. Anyone with half a brain or an ounce of integrity would load the NF and run it solo to complete the kills. Not this guy. Nope. He told you what he’s all about. Screw you. It’s all about him.

Load up Chasm of Screams if you havent completed it... See if challenge will work there. You can just patrol titan from load point and complete bounties alone.

I think this post is mostly meant to point out that Bungie's quest objectives actively discourage teamplay in co-operative modes.

I revive teammates and still steal all the kills. If you want me to not steal all the kills, [i]give me a firewall option. [/i] The only time I won’t revive someone is if they’ve died, like, 5 times over the span of 30 seconds or if they go down two states over.

Or....do what I did to get my edgewise in a day....load up a regular nightfall not ordeal....therefore you’re alone and don’t detriment anyone, then head into a lost sector to farm kills

You do realise that instead of being an àhole you could: 1. Get a fireteam 2. Load into strikes alone using the system time glitch 3. Just be patient, because you don't have to run the whole season's worth of content in a week.

I understand, I tried to trip you as you ran by - bite your ankles, snap your Achilles or something. I appreciate your honesty. I had the same crisis of conscious when questing for that weapon as well.

18 RepliesYou could just go solo into a Nightfall with the Heavy Finisher mod on. It's not a Bungie design problem, It's a player not utilising everything available to them problem.

4 RepliesIf on console : go to settings : time and date : set to a time manually back in time : return to orbit : load up a strike with a densely populated list sector nearby (Mercury) : load in : see that you have now a SOLO. Instance : kill shit in the lost sector: rinse and repeat : don’t Fock up the experience for others: win win ..

I cant believe this thread 😂 This goes for everyone: Its a game. A [b]game.[/b] There are bazillions of kills to go round and if you are struggling [i]that badly[/i] there are ways to fly solo too. I'm, ooh, something like 65% HMG kills and 87% Solar and I have barely focused on Edgewise - I've just (sometimes) thrown on Thunderlord on the rare occasions I run strikes. During Ordeals I usually run Divinity + Wendigo so its not like I accrued kills when I've indulged in score farming from Ordeals. This thread... geez 😂

Totally get it, and would be inclined to do the same. Strikes are pinnacle/ritual farms just like many other modes, and sometimes you gotta look for you if you're going to get them done.

I had a guy message me he seriously needed kills and could I lay off. I ended up doing 3 strikes and not shooting a round. Still got the Strike completion loot and the power Engram. I also did a lot of reviving too. Lol

Just use Thunderlord. Thing rips groups of adds to pieces.
