Izanagi's burden quest still bugged after this reset?

I just ran like 4 forges, got maximum temper but no key dropped? Is it just me or is it still messed up?

Can someone from Bungie support PLEASE comment on this issue and confirm when it will be fixed. One of my characters (Warlock) had the Black Armor Key Mold in his inventory when Shadowkeep launched. However, I started playing my Hunter for the new expansion and it is now my main. I have been trying to complete the Izanagi's questline on my Hunter but I am COMPLETELY STUCK and cannot progress further since the Black Armor Key Mold will NOT be given to me on my alternate characters. This issue was previously reported in January of this year and was 'supposedly' fixed in Update 2.2.0 back in March. This bug is now returned and the Key Mold is account bound to my Warlock and I cannot progress forward on my Hunter who has a completed Rare bounty and has all 3 keys plugged into the box. I finally received and finished a rare bounty. Got my Obsidian Crystal. Consumed it. And the quest did not progress. Now after months. I have to wait for another rare bounty to pop up?? This needs to be fixed. And if possible i would like credit for my bounty. I'm about to be done with this game.

1 ReplyI just tried to insert the Hand Key (still have Black Armory Key in inventory and completed rare bounty waiting) and it still doesn't track the inserted Keys on the Mysterious Box 8 hours after 7/11 maintenance happened. Can't speak for other steps but for me atleast Izanagis is not obtainable at the moment.

1 ReplyThis is the first time I'm genuinely upset with Bungie. The grind after getting the extremely elusive rare bounty was punishing and watching the Obsidian Crystal do nothing when used was frustrating. I love the game but this was the only time I just switched off the console and went to bed. Honestly I don't think fixing the quest is enough, I expect the people who got shafted to get compensated in some way to speed up the quest progression.

Didnt know about a bug on this quest and now i spent keys for nothing. Hope i won’t have to do everything again cause it’s soooooo long.

7th of November. Look up for Hotfix 2.6.1.1. And don't waste your keys until some brave soul confirm, because there was way to many fixes until now...
