If you are cross-saving with Xbox being you main account then it hides/replaces the Steam Save.
If you are currently enabled with cross Save where Xbox is the save being used on Steam
then then xbox does not have access to the Season Pass.
You can use this site to see what licenses your Xbox and Steam currently have enabled on them
