Turn Old Iron Banner Armor sets into Ornaments
Exactly what the title says. We worked our collective butts off to get these armor sets, especially the Iron Truage set! We fought through a ridiculously grindy quest. We fought against countless foes using Lord of Wolves. We fought while under the influence of the Iron Burden. We have fought harder than anyone to earn those armor sets, and now they just sit in our vaults collecting dust. The fact that we worked so hard on the Truage set, only for it to be left behind while the Solstice Gear was brought forward is just a big kick to our teeth.
Bungie, dont let our hard work be in vain. Let us use these sets as ornaments, so we can show off our Iron Banner pride.

Bump. Another great thing about turning Iron Banner Armor into ornaments would be that it would make it easier to get good rolls for the IB weapons. I spent the last Iron Banner grinding out those bounties on all 3 of my characters, just to get enough tokens to try and nab a god roll Crimil's Dagger... only to spend 600+ tokens getting mostly armor of varying rolls. I think I only dropped two Daggers out of it; neither of them good rolls. If I didn't drop armor 95% of the time, and instead only had to earn it once for that character in the form of ornaments, I wouldn't have wasted hours of my time!

Im pretty sure that the year 1 Iron Banner ornaments can be applied to the new Iron Banner armor. I’d like to see all the Iron Banner armor as ornaments on the new Iron Banner gear.

Bump. All the armour that is not accessible any more (including world drop armor sets) should be Universal Ornaments.

Sounds like a great idea but bungie should make them available from Eververse for 777 in silver😁
