Game2Give donation rewards

I donated $100 on 10/21 and then again on 10/30. In response to the 10/21 donation, I got an email with a code for my gilded shell. The email said there would be another message with the emblem code, but I never got this message. I emailed Game2Give@bungie and got a response to basically "check my spam folder", which I of course already did. I never received anything for the 10/30 donation. I sent an email to Game2Give@bungie again about the 2 donations, with a screenshot of my receipts for both donations and a screenshot of the shell that I got a code for, but I have not received any response. I'm really frustrated that I haven't got any of the emblem codes or the missing gilded shell code. Please send help, Bungie. Scott (GlobalReset)

  • I am having a similar problem with gaining access to my rewards for donating. The link will not work and I don't know what to do. I have tried on both my laptop and then my phone. Nothing is working. Can someone help? It keeps saying link no secure and it wont let me get passed it.

  • If you are only checking your email on a mail client, you may want to also log into the mail server itself (most have some type of web interface). Many systems have junk folder on the server as well as the client. In my case, our mail server catches 90% of the junk mail before it ever shows up on any client - the client's own junk system will sometimes filter out others. Sometimes false-positives end up in the server's folder. If they were all sent back to back, the server may have flagged it. This is assuming that your mail provider does not have the junk/spam filters set to auto-delete anything it thinks is spam. Just an idea, since obviously one made it, so the rest should have too - in some fashion.

    • Did the original or any subsequent emails have a date on them as to when to expect the arrival of the missing code(s)? For example, I donated on 10/22 and got the receipt email shortly thereafter. The email noted that I'd get the codes on 10/29, i.e. one week later. And the codes did arrive on time. Another thing to note, is that the code emails are not sent by Game2Give, but Extra Life instead. I'd suggest checking all emails (if you haven't yet). If you are still unable to find the emails, I'd suggest replying back to the email that instructed to check your spam folder.

      • If you are using gmail, check to make sure that the second e-mail did not get bundled with the first as a response. gmail's threading feature will combine similar e-mails together in a thread so it can be easy to miss the second because of this.
