Momentum Control is really fun
Bungie you killed it on this. This game mode is a lot of fun to play and the quick action lets the destiny gunplay shine, and for us to use weapons we usually don’t get to that aren’t in the meta.
Plus it’s great for grinding quests and stuff.
Please keep it in the rotation.

The spawns are a tricky situation for bungie because with the rapid respawning and for how scattered you team can get, it’s likely you spawn right next to an enemy. And not much can be done about this.

1 ReplyIt's almost like bringing down the horrifically slow TTK in this game made it better huh? I've only been saying it for years. They finally do it, and boom, it's a hit. Even after all of the people that would reply to my hundreds of posts saying "WeeE DuN't Waannnt CoD".

I agree it’s the best PvP mode since d1. Now don’t take everyone’s praise and start making the regular crucible like this or comp. should be an added permanent playlist. PvP should look like this: 6v6 control; 6v6 mix control, supremacy, clash; 6v6 momentum control; survival comp; d1 style trials on the weekend. Connection based then divide players evenly by skill for valor matches. Trials should be purely connection and matching to a team on the same streak as you. Comp stays like it is.

The only thing it is good for is catalyst and Randy's throwing knife farming. Otherwise its just a huge Fkn disaster, every map is just folk camping with high impact scouts or hopping around with grenade launchers, there's very little space for mixing up load outs because of this.

Or not, high impact scouts everywhere making it a mess. Should literally make a gun only playlist, no stupid extra damage etc, just weapons, all abilities disabled 🤔

2 RepliesMomentum Control aka "that game mode for grinding pinnacles" (no seriously a vast majority were using scouts or grenade launchers, with the occasional sniper thrown in for good measure) I got about half the mountaintop stuff done myself as well in it last night too

Wishender has been fun for people who get close too. It's a lane camping mess but it's great for getting quests done. Actually got my clan together to play something for a change. Everyone's been bored lately.

Only those PVP elites hate this mode..they hate to get killed...lol Love PVP with no Radar..it’s hilarious funny and full of surprises. The average players can spook the high skilled players

It would be cool if every time they released it you had set weapons you had to use. Like in Prestige EoW. Because otherwise the crouchy laning Jade Rabbit crap has to go. It's killing something that is on paper awesome. Bungie knows how to do set loadouts for modes. They did it in halo so why not here? Otherwise not a bad idea at all.

i hate pvp but this mode makes even me play it, no stupid meta, no stupid long respawn times, instant action as it should be
