Consistent Freezing When Loading Activities / Going To Orbit / Etc
Every time I do any of the things listed in the title there is approximately a 50% chance that the game will just hang and then I'll be forced to end the game from the task manager. This never happened prior to the Steam release so I'm at a complete loss. I thought it might be due to my GPU or CPU overclock, but disabling both overclocks had no effect and the issue still occurred. This also happens to one of my friends, though much less often.
My hardware:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 3000 Mhz

Just posting to mention that three weeks later the issue is still occurring, I tried to do some Crucible today and after almost every match I had to force the game to shut down via task manager because it froze when it started the transition at the end of the match.
