Undefeated Crucible medal achieved but not given the triumph.
I finished a match with 11 kills and zero deaths and I saw the undefeated medal at the end of the game, but it is not in my triumphs.

16 RepliesYou need at least 15 or 20 kills (not sure which) with no deaths to qualify for the undefeated medal Whatever medal you saw, it won’t have been the undefeated medal

9 RepliesI beleive its 15 kills or efficiency. I joined a late match 2 days ago, got 15 kills withoit dying and it counted.

I've finished several matches undefeated, yet my Made Shaxx Proud emblem only shows 1. I'm thinking there may be something about a Survival match being 3v2 that disqualifies it, or if the other team fully quits out, but I also had a couple this past Iron Banner that didn't seem to count. Or... I did die and just didn't catch it.

You can have 11 kills and 1 death and it will say 11.0 KD

Bungie owes you a triumph. Edit: use this link and post this in the game issues section
