Erinas vow catalyst now progressing correctly via seasonal ranks
On seasonal rank 22 says it 4x progresses the seasonal exotic catalyst quest. Which is earned via gambit, pvp and strike playliats. Everytime i finish one of these it only goes up 1% when it should be 4% . Is this correct? If it is correct then mine is bugged. Can someone help?

Why should it be 4%? Before it only gave .25%. So now 1% is quadruple.
