Memory of Toland Quest Bugged?

I have spent several time at Anchor of Light and the Trove Add thingy just isn’t spawning.... is there a bug Bungie please as getting rather frustrating now.

Allo there, The Trove Knight moves it's spawn location each week. If he's not there then try the other regions.
