I've found 4 cats in the tower!
Two are from the Halloween decorations and the other 2 I'm guessing are always there. Odd post I know but I had the music off and heard a meow in between the courtyard and Ikora. Thought I was going crazy because my ghost is also a cat but if you look close it jumps in and out of the window seal. Nice touch Bungie...just need the option to pet.
Edit...I posted a link of the 2 that stay in tower and the other 2 from Halloween are in the top of the tree in courtyard and the tree next to Ikora.

1 ReplyCosmo hides cat photos in his this week at bungie posts. Look for the secret highlighted icon or letter. Figured you'd appreciate it since you seem like a fellow cat lover. If they had a pet cat option in the tower then I will always pet them when I go.
