Possible bug: Can't find Irxis Partisan in previous spawn location
Hello, please see the attached imgur post. Instead of finding the Irxis Partisan where I would expect, I only find a Despoiler Captain now. All my other bounties went a lot faster, with the target spawning the first time I saw any high value targets in the indicated zone. Is this a bug, or is Irxis Partisan spawning somewhere else in EDZ's Gulch now?

I also thought it may be related to the forge saboteur now spawning at same time. Update: So, I did finally get Irxis at the normal spawn location. I don't know if this is related but what I did was wait for the *other* forge saboteur in the outskirts to spawn. Then I rode quickly over to the gulch. Neither Irxis or the captain were around, so I waited and eventually Irxis dropped in.. but so did the forge saboteur for the gulch. So, I can't really say Irxis will never spawn with the forge saboteur around. He may just be annoyingly more rare than before. But for grins if you are desperate, try waiting around in the outskirts and ride over.. who knows.
