It looks like you have played very little of the comp playlist, being the only playlist that awards Glory rank. If you check the triumph in question, it should state that you need to reach Glory rank Fabled. You have only been playing matches that award Valor ranking. You need to play the Survival game mode, which you’ll see has the separate ranking system referred to as Glory.

Thanks for the answer, but I am playing only comp I reached top glory once I restart it.. I Reached again glory rank on comp fabled. But still don't work.

In addition to what Pyro has already explained, I had checked your game history prior to my original reply. You have definitely not been playing in the correct playlists. Classic Mix is a Valor playlist. Aside from the odd random match of Survival, you have only been playing Valor based matches. Look for the Survival playlist on the far right of the Crucible screen, as that is the playlist that provides Glory rank.

You have not been playing comp, as Glory rank can not be reset. When you put your cursor over any crucible playlist, beneath the playlist icon, there will be either an orange icon with a number, a red icon with a number, or both. The orange icon means that playlist will give you Valor, which is what you've been earning. The red one means you will get Glory, so that's what you need to be looking for. Specifically, you need to be playing Survival.
