Failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers
I start the game, it shows Shadowkeep splash art, press enter to login and then I get hit with
"Failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers, please try again.
For more information, visit help.bungie.net and search for error code:
turtle"
That error code essentially says to just try again. I've tried logging into the game 15 times now over the past several hours and I cannot even once get to character select.
