I bought a festival of the lost mask and i cant find it anywhere
Help the mask I just bought wont show up anywhere

If you are referring to a mask bought from Eververse, check your inventory for a package to be opened. As masks are ornaments, you will need to go into your mod inventory to unlock the ornament. Mask ornaments can only be applied to the specific helmet that Eva is selling, the Masquerader’s Hood.

2 RepliesIf you purchased a mask with Silver then open the package that should be in your consumables inventory. All Silver purchases drop to consumables as a package with a 7 day timer on them to give players the chance to return it for a refund before opening it.
